Payment Methods

At Clayometry, you can pay using the following methods:

• Paysera (bank transfer/online banking payments; card payments may be available depending on Paysera and your bank)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

When is an order considered paid?

• We start processing your order once we receive the payment confirmation.
• If a payment fails, the order may remain unconfirmed – please try again or choose a different payment method.

Currency and additional fees

• Payments are processed in EUR, unless another currency is clearly shown at checkout.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal), currency conversion or other additional fees may apply.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

• Availability of Apple Pay and Google Pay depends on your device, browser, and settings. If available, these options will appear at checkout.

Security

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (Paysera, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• We do not store or have access to your full card details – payment is completed through the providers’ secure systems.

Refunds

• If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase (subject to the payment provider’s rules).
