Delivery
2-4 working days in Lithuania, worldwide delivery takes 3 to 14 working days (delivery time is calculated from the day of dispatch; the goods are dispatched next working day after receipt of payment).
Returns
1. The buyer has the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery of the item for some reason. All shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The amount paid for the piece of jewelry (excluding shipping costs) is refunded.
2. The Buyer’s claim for return of the items shall be satisfied if the items have not been used, damaged or have lost their commercial appearance. The buyer must have proof that he has purchased the items from the seller.
3. If the jewelry was damaged during the transfer, we will refund your money (not including shipping costs) and ask for visual evidence (item and package photos). The refund is paid when the item returns in the same condition as it was sent (for the seller).
